Has anyone used them, and if so, what were your experiences?

After taking the Kaplan free diagnostic and receiving a 26, then taking the MCAT two days later and receiving more than 10 points higher, my opinion of Kaplan and their services went down the crapshoot.

I think they purposefully make their tests harder so you can better prepare for the real MCAT.
