Kaplan prep 2005-2006 edition

I stumbled onto Kaplan prep lectures (pdf) for IM, Surgery, O&G and Psych/Biostatistics. They look pretty good, but they are 2005-2006 edition. Would they be ok to study for Step 2 this year?

I think they are still the latest notes AFAIK (I tihnk the 2006-2007 edition is just a new cover....but i may be wrong)
