Apparently I'm not the only one seeing these issues, but just an FYI for those wondering what's going on. If you're questions start looking like this:

...know that they ARE aware of the problem and are working on it. Seems to somehow be a problem with the page rendering and happens to me after doing about 3 or 4 questions -- essentially makes the QBank non-functional. That's the best she could tell me - no ETA on a fix.
Just FYI.

Are you using a mac (safari)? I had that same problem, but switched into windows via parellels, and it's working fine in internet explorer

Its been going on for a while. Maybe its just me, but it does seem a lot more frequent since the recent changes. If you suspend the test, and then restart it, the problem clears up (thought you'll have to repeat the process after a few questions once the problem occurs again).

Maybe it is some way to over-prepare us for the exam? If you can answer questions with half the text illegible, the other half blocking the graph or table in the stem, and with the submit button blocking one of the answer choices, the actual exam should at least feel easier?

Sometimes it helps just to click on the same question again in the left window pane, which basically refreshes the page.
Yeah, annoying but refreshing fixes it every time for me.
F5 is a hotkey for refresh for you IE users. (that's the Firefox hotkey too, but for some reason it doesn't seem to work for me during Kaplan question sets)

This problem has worsened today!

Its really bad, the only way to deal with it is suspending and then resuming every 2 - 3 questions, what a waste of time. I want my money back! lol

I am having the same problems. 😡

On the other hand, I get a chance to finally live up to my name. F**K you Kaplan. :xf: (my middle finger bifurcates)

I use google chrome, and while I've had this overlap happen once or twice (it usually fixes itself if I just click back and then forward again), it hasn't been happening to me at all the past week or so.

Ah, didn't realize there was a history. I only noticed the issue in the past few days.

FWIW, I am using a Mac - but have tried Safari and FF - same deal in both. I could switch over via Bootcamp, but the point is, I shouldn't have to.

Definitely agree that compensation is in order due to the inconvenience - otherwise, I'll see where a credit card chargeback gets me.

To the Kaplan personnel monitoring the forums, might be better to refund folks a portion of their subscription now, rather than take a hit for the entire amount if the CC company sides with the consumer. Just sayin'

Avenger, read this thread

You are definitely not alone, and I think is sad that you would spend money on something that is like that.

My problem with a no ETA is that this is a subscription service. You pay to have a FUNCTIONAL service in X amount of time. Hopefully they will compensate subscribers.

Use safari on a pc, happening to me, so I guess no browser is safe. Yesterday I could only get through 1 or 2 questions before it would do it, and the only way to fix it was to suspend my test and re-enter. If they don't fix this soon, I want my money back.
