Kaplan QBook vs QBank - USMLE

Hi, could anyone please offer up any advice regarding the value of the Kaplan QBook for the USMLE Step-1?

In other words, if I have "extra" time in the end, should I bother with this book or should I spend my efforts going through the QBanks again, etc.?
