anyone know how they rank in difficulty compared to the real thing? (particularly the subject tests with only word problems). i'm killing in bio,gen chem and organic but im worried im going to tank QR and have it sully my otherwise solid AA and TS.

some of them are impossible no matter how much i study..just not gonna happen.

I found the QR on the DAT that I wrote today difficult compared to DAT achiever, let alone Kaplan!

I thought the Kaplan QR tests were brutal compared to the real thing. I was pretty scared going into the test because I didn't really study math (I was busy studying for SNS as I only had one semester of bio and orgo). In the end, I got a 19 in QR.

I aced all the one without word problems, under the time limit. The word problems ones are absolutely ridiculous. I did them at my own pace (about an hour a piece, a little more maybe) just to understand how to work all types of problems like that.

coo..i feel a bit better now. haha
ya..algebra and trig, shapes and volumes, dealing with integers, coordinate geometry etc.. is no problem (except for the really tricky ones). but this word problem stuff has me beat. i love how some of the kaplan solutions are like 1 full page of typed single spaced explanations
