I know a lot of people think (or acknowledge) that the kaplan blue book is not comprehensive enough, but for those of you who have taken the Kaplan course, do you think its worth while? Do they really prepare you for that 21 or 22 like they promise? And if not, then how much aditional material should be reviewed?

I'm just asking out of curiosity, I intend on going above and beyond the class one way or another. Just want to see if my teacher's claim that all her students get 22's and 23's just by doing what the course asks you is valid or not.

also, has anyone used the Exam Krakers MCAT bio prep book? Or perhaps schaums?
