Are these the practice questions from the white book or something else? Where can i get them? Does kaplan sell stand alone (that do not require class enrollment) products such as practice DATs? I would like to get more pat practice as ive exhausted kbb/barrons/cliffsdat/crackdat and have improved greatly but not where i want to be yet. I'd like to avoid achiever if possible. thanks

Kaplan's subject test's are wayyyyyyyyyy easier than any of the real stuff on the DAT. Honestly id stay away from it lol.

really? I heard they were on par... thats what a lot of people have said in their breakdowns. did u take the dAT yet?

Yes I took it in the summer and did poorly. I was enrolled in the Kaplan class and just used KBB to study from. BIG mistake, but it was my fault for not doing the proper research. Now I am using a vast amount of study resources

3 of my friends took the kaplan class and got.

1st: 22
2nd: 21
3rd: 20

My point is that Kaplan isn't that bad. I agree with you that the tests are a little bit easier but overall, they did their job which is giving you a solid background. Their class is quite expensive though 🙂

There are other factors that affect your scores such as your major (are you an art major? or bio major?), do you take your orgo last semester or you haven't touched orgo for years? studying style, Piano, flying bridge etc Things like that matter too.

hey wizi. im a non-trad and am currently wrapping up a non-formal post-bacc. im taking orgo 2 now while studying for the DAT ( i plan to take it early June to try to apply for the next cycle.) My stats will be 3.38 overall gpa with a 3.4 science GPA. Post bacc GPA should be 3.7 when I apply. Advice?

3.4 is still in the competitive range.

As someone on Pre-dental forum said, bitch slap your DAT, you will be fine 😀
