Kaplan's material was much more difficult and much more detail oriented than the AAMC verbal material. I personally didn't find it at all indicative of the actual test. Therefore it was a complete waste of time. Stick with EK 101 passages and the AAMC tests. Check out LSAT verbal passages for more practice. Verbal is basically summed up as: Creating an argument and then making sure all your answer choices properly fit that argument. Sometimes if not most of the time you are not 100% happy with the answer you picked, but it is the least wrong. Just something to keep in mind while you practice.
