How is Karyokinesis involved w/ the formation of the mitotic spindle and movement of chromosomes, or which step would it occur in Mitosis? I am thinking it would occur during Prophase, where the nuclear membrane and nucleolus disintegrate/disappear.

karyokinesis is the nuclear division portion of cell division, and you are correct, all of the above mentioned occurs in prophase
