Can anyone comment on this program? How competitive is it? I know it's a new program, so any insight would be helpful.

I'm doing a prelim year starting in July, but considering changing career paths and applying to Derm. Are there any programs that would allow me to go straight into PGY-2 spots, or would I need to take a year off (assuming I could match into Derm)...

Is there a place where off-cycle spots are posted? Anyone have luck matching into Derm as a PGY-2 care to share their experience?

The interview crowd at the Kaiser interview were the same general faces that were at interviews for top tier derm programs around the country. This does not necessarily mean that those candidates ranked Kaiser near the tops of their list. But LA is a desirable location, so I imagine it's pretty competitive
