Hey KCOM class of 2006. I just found out a few days ago my roommate is getting married and will be moving out. I am now hurrying to try to find another place to live. There are affordable houses in the contry ($500-$600) if I can find a roommate.
Here is what I am looking for:
male
non-smoking
clean
respectful of study, sleep schedule, etc.
I don't have a place yet, but am looking at a few places with preferably 4 bedroom 2 bath for 1 roommate(figure that way we still have our space.) I have one in mind for $600 if still available. I am in a rush as finals are coming up and apartments are getting signed. Try to let me know in a few days.
