just got accepted to KCOM today, and I am crazy excited!!
thank you all for your advice, info, and support, it has helped greatly. Still have a couple more interviews, but it will take a LOT to convince me to go anywhere else.

make sure you take some time to chill out before august... the first quarter here is a rude awakening!! i knew med school would be work, but didn't take the proper time to goof off before i got here and now i'm really regretting it. there is very little free time, but we make the most of what we get (you'll find about one third of our class at the bar on any given Friday to relieve the stress of the week). it's a lot of fun, but is really really challenging. everyone here is great.
