As KCOM is my alma mater, I merely curious as to who from SDN might be headed to Kirksville. It really is an excellent program & living in K'ville, once you're over the culture shock, is a very pleasant place to live. Never figured I would, but I certainly get nostalgiac for it now.

It's official, after many days of going back and forth I made the decision I feel is the best for me and my wife and mailed off my deposit for KCOM. Can't wait to start but I know I need to enjoy this free time while I have it.

OldManDave, seeing as your a KCOM alum and a anthesiology resident I would love the oppurtunity to talk to you about what I could do as a KCOM student to put myself in a better position to obtain a gas residency.

Looking forward to meeting you all next year and good luck to those still interviewing

I'll be at KCOM next year as well!

Medicfletch, I think you were at both AZCOM and KCOM's interview the same days I was.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if you were the same person.

Congrats on your acceptance by the way. Looking foward to starting classes. At least I will now recognize one face out of 180 🙂 .

Haven't posted in the KCOM class of 2009 post yet, figure it's time to resurect it though, what do you think? 😀

I'm going to be interviewing at KCOM on 12/9 and I have a feeling it's going to come down to DMU or KCOM.

MsEvolution,

good luck on your interview. It's really a liad back experience (though I know you have heard this about all your interviews and it really makes no difference.)

It's a tough decision, I know how you feel. I had some tough schools to chose between, but ultimately you must decide were you will feel the most comfortable learning for the next two years. Feel free to pm me if you need any adivce before your interview and good luck.

I'll be seeing you next fall too! I'll really liked KCOM and decided not to apply elsewhere.

Hopefully, my thesis will be done by then.

Hi guys,
I will be attending KCOM next year as well. Congradulations to all of you for the acceptance and Happy Thanks Giving!

I just got THE phone call today! About an hour ago! yay! I'm so happy, what a nice thanksgiving present.

Congratulations Guys,

OldManDave is right...KCOM has a good program and Kirksville can be pleasant once you get over how small it is. Good luck and get ready to work!
