Anyone have any information on applying to Kansas City University COM in Joplin? A new campus that is supposed to take its first class in Fall 2017. I have emailed their admissions people a couple of times with no response........... Thanks.

Second year here.

You will submit a primary and receive a secondary from KCU. The secondary will ask what your preference is to join the Joplin campus or the KC campus. All interviews will held at the KC campus fro the 2016-2017 application because of construction.After interviews, the committee will decide where to place you upon acceptance.

The main teaching hospitals for this campus will be Freeman Health System and Mercy and they will enroll 150 students. There will be a preference for those who have lived in the area and those who are looking to work as rural/community-based physicians.
