Can anyone tell me what is going on in this left knee MRI? Patient fell while running and landed on a bent knee. Now complains of pain on the outside of the knee and bellow the patella.

Can anyone tell me what is going on in this left knee MRI? Patient fell while running and landed on a bent knee. Now complains of pain on the outside of the knee and bellow the patella.

Couple things. Couldn't possibly tell given one picture of an MRI. Secondly, can't give out medical advice on this website, it's against the rules even if you posted the entire series.
