Not necessary. You'll be set with just knowing the lab stuff on Feralis and the lab stuff on DAT Bootcamp's website (bio blog).

The laboratory review section in the back of the book isn't a review of all lab techniques (as one would hope). It covers the labs high school biology students do. You won't find much use in them (or likely no use at all).
