My point is, the fact that I am now following conformity levels me with little confidence, although my grades are pretty good from what I feel.
Is this common?

What is the point of this post? To brag about being on the 90th percentile? To stroke your own ego? Medical school is hard for everyone. What is it that you need? Strangers telling you you will be fine because of your grades. Is this the kind of reassurance you are after?
You could have as well just looked up the other 100+ threads in this page about the same question. No need to create a new one, except for the reason above. Just do yourself a favor and listen to that thing on your profile. “Work hard in SILENCE!”

Ok first of all, take a chill pill, you know like relax like your avatar suggests. Not showing off, or looking for self praise, we're passed that stage, atleast I am? Objective advice from people who actually do not know me (you may call this being a stranger) because its very easy to be "approving" of one another. Thanks for stating the obvious that medical school is hard, that wasnt my question though. Take it easy though, its only Wednesday.
