Did you carry a handbag to your interview? Or do you suggest to leave it home/ in the car? Also, how did you wear your hair? Thank you!

I wore black paints with my suit jacket. It was a chilly November day, otherwise I would have worn my suit pin skirt. I straightened my hair. I had a casual black purse with my license and keys and pen and paper just incase I needed any of that stuff. Most interviewee’s had a purse or something of the like with them.

Instead of a handbag, I brought a folio that looks something like this, although mine has a small pocket that fits my keys, ID, and cell phone. I think it looks professional and it also gave space to keep papers or write things down.
