Can someone clarify me this? I'm confused with their exact location or the term definition.
Lacunae has osteoclasts and canaliculi too. So what's difference.

Lamallae are the concentric circles that surround the haversian (sp?) canals

Lacunae are the open spaces within the lamallae which contain osteoCYTES (NOT osteoclasts - don't confuse osteoCYTES with osteoCLASTS. Another side note, osteoBLASTS mature into osteoCYTES when they are trapped in the lacunae).

Canaliculi are the spaces/"canals" that CONNECT the lacunae together within the hard bone.

This is a good diagram depicting all these terms:

Hope this helps!
