FA13 says the 2005 version (of Lange) has 300 flash cards, FA14 says the 2012 version (of Lange) has 184 flashcards. Did they just condense info? Or was the lower-yield stuff just taken out?

What's the consensus on the benefit these cards provide? Do you use FC?

I do use FC, but I read that the Lange cards have vignettes.
