Laptop VS testing place computer (PAT)

I heard that laptop and testing place computer is little bit different in terms of pat angle problems. HOwever, I do not know which one is more hard to see.

I am currently using LAPTOP. I hope testing place computer is more easier to see angles than LAPTOP.

Any idea?

It depends on the LCD or monitor pixel resolution and dot size. The higher or smaller dot, the clearer it is. The lower res or bigger dots are more smeary or blurry. In other words, depends on the screen resolution and pixel size
