So I'm taking my DAT for the second time this Saturday. I've been doing Kaplan and crack the DAT practice tests and I'm scoring about 20s on everything except the sciences which are about an 18. I've been doing destroyer all day and have only been getting like 1/3 of the questions right >_< should I be really worried? Any last minute advice?

I think you should be quite comfortable with DAT Destroyer (esp. GC and OC, and maybe QR) at this time. My CDP scores ranged from 20-25 but I ended up with a 20 on the DAT. My CDR scores ranged from 18-23, and I got a 22 on the real thing.
Have you been doing any other full-length tests like Achievers and Topscores? Imo, those are the best practice materials especially at this stage of the game.

I obviously don't know what your target scores are for the DAT (maybe you have a 3.9-4.0 gpa), but as they say..... "Only take the DAT if you feel like you are ready for it" !!!!!!

it depends on your goal
what is your goal score?
if you want 19~20 you should be fine...
but if you are aiming for higher score
you should definitely postpone your exam
getting 1/3 of destroyer is not enough for high score. it means that you are missing big chunk of concepts (since destroyer repeats some concept questions especially in GC and OC)
if you want more detail please visit my breakdown (TS 25 AA 23)

I don't mean to scare you, but getting 1/3 right in destroyer is a dangerous level. You could still go in and do well of course. But given this is your second time, and I'm certain you don't want to repeat this experience, I'd advise postponing if you can. If not, get a nice 10 hours of sleep day of, eat a breakfast with waffles + syrup and eggs, and go for it with optimism.

Also I advise full length practice tests. I wouldn't advise CDS. TopScore or DAT qVault will help a lot and give you a better picture.

If you have $30, get chad's quizzes and run through them. That should boost your ochem and gen chem. Dat q vault, I have heard is good for bio--another $30 for their 10 bio tests.

I did all chads videos and like half the quizzes but it expired like 3 days ago. I went back over all my chad video notes today. Fingers crossed that my scores will be a little higher!
