🙂So I have been reading Lecture Notes and then listening to web prep for Immuno. I think that reading the notes is sufficient since The web audio doesn't seem to add anyhting special and barely covers the details in the notes. I keep thinking I must be listening to the wrong thing, because it seems so general in the audio compared to the lecture notes!

However, in the preface of kaplan Lecture Notes, it says that it is NOT a good idea to just read lecture notes and that you should listen to web prep. I was just concerened about the time it takes to listen to the immuno lecture.

I obviously have only listened to 15 or so lectures (the multi-minute ones) so I don't know if I have given it a fair chance.

Option I see:
1) Keep leading lecture notes and listening to web audio
2) just read lecture notes (no audio)
3) use kaplan homestudy instead (if I don't listen to audio) since homestudy should have eveyrthing in it?

If listening to audio is beneficial, please let me know as I want to do well on the exam, but just want to make sure I ma not wasting time.

Kaplan Home Study DOES have everything. I used it instead of lecture notes or audio, and did very well.

Good Luck

Hi Lankysudanese,

Thanks for all your valued input. I am leaning towards switching over to lecture notes, but I keep looking at all the blue lecture notes (8 or more books) and then the 4 homestudy books and keep thinking why there are not more books in the home series. Maybe I am being a little too picky, but the immuno section in lecture notes is like 180 pages and the immuno section in home is not as long at all!!! But maybe the print is just smaller?

It's good to know you did well. It must be very rewarding to be done with it all! Good luck to you on step 2 and so on!!
