Hi, I just finished the first year of my masters program with a 3.54, Im scheduled to take the DAT sept 2nd. Is that too late?

Its not to late, fill out your app, get it in. This gets your app processed, and then you can do your secondaries and such. just do well on the DAT. When you finally get your score on test day, scan it and send it to the schools so they can start reviewing you and plan on sending you interview invites.
