Late interview offer, should I accept?

So I just received an interview offer for a place that I would rank #7 on my list, but I'm considering canceling it. My current #7-12 are terrible, so I'm thinking maybe I should go just in case somehow I drop that low on my list. Very unlikely? I am a DO doing the MD match if that matters.

What's the downside of going?

Cost? Time?

If those things arn't issues for you, you should go. I don't know how competitive you are, but being a DO does make it harder. With that in mind, why not?

Yeah. If all else fails, you could always not rank it.

Cost. And I don't know how serious they are about wanting me given it's so late. It's a community program in SF for what it's worth, which I know little about

Go if it's CPMC, Kaiser Oakland, or Kaiser SF.
