late MSPE

my school is notorious for not getting our Dean's letters in on time. My MSPE wasnt uploaded until 10:30pm last night. I know thats a lot later than most programs were downloading them yesterday. How many programs downloaded the MSPE yesterday? Is a late mspe going to hurt my chances?

Most, if not all, were uploaded yesterday. Since your letter was also uploaded yesterday I don't see how this can possibly be an issue. I would not lose sleep over it.
