Hey
im having a serious MELTDOWN,
i submitted my AADSAS app yesterday, and i was scheduled to take the DAT on the 10th of august, BUT one of my family members is having a huge surgery august 5th, and im the only one who drives, so i have to drive my family back and forth to the hospital, and my relatives will be over for days, AND IM NOT TRYING TO FAIL MY EXAM or get distracted because of this, and i looked up prometric dates and im thinking of taking it august 23rd,
IS THIS HORRIBLY GROSSLY LATE? even though my app is already in? im going to freak out
someone PLEASE HELP!!/INPUT!?!?!

It takes a while for them to process your application, I dunno it may be sort of late. If you applied already it takes them about 3 weeks im guessing to finally send it, then the schools would have to wait for your scores which might take an extra 2 weeks after you took the dat. Im guessing youll be finished mid Sept. If your gpa and scores and other parts of application are great you shouldnt have a problem. I had a friend who applied really early, had great Lors, Ec and 3.9 gpa, but he was busy during the summer so he took the dat in April and got a 15. He only got one interview and by some miracle he actually got accepted to it. It had to be like a 15% chance. I mean your already a little late, its not gonna hurt to wait extra weeks so you can get a better score.
