In Goljan audio he discusses the switch of the LDH1/LDH2 ratio in favor of LDH1 seen in acute MI. I had never heard of this before, just wondering if this is a "thing" and a reasonable thing to know for Step 1.

I've seen this asked only on one practice question from Lipincott's Biochemistry questions. The only other thing I've seen LDH levels being elevated is in the hemolytic anemias.
