I'm an undergrad at a uni, and if we happen to need help or clarification on something taught in class, we are be able to go to the professor or teaching assistant(s) during their office hours. We also have a Learning Center where tutors are available most of the time.

In pharmacy school, what learning resources are typically available? I understand it probably varies from school to school.

Go to the professors. My general feeling is the professors in pharm school really want you to do well, so they will spend a lot of time with you if you need it. There's no TAs or tutors as far as I know. There's a lot of collaboration form students also, so you can get help from your classmates or even people in other classes.

Professors are there to help you. Our biomed professor was too nice IMO. We spent a whole month on pKa Vs pH because people couldn't figure it out and he kept stopping to explain the concept.

So, for those who are going into pharmacy school.

When the pH < pKa, the functional group is protonated.
