I'm new to this site, I just joined today...I got accepted to LECOM, Bradenton, class of 2011. Is there anyone here who got accepted to LECOM? Anyone from southern California? 🙂 Hope to hear from you soon 😎

Hey, I got accepted to LECOM Bradenton back in January. I'm from Orlando, are you planning on going to LECOM?

LECOM Bradenton is a "satellite" campus of the LECOM Erie campus in Pennsylvania. The main campus has graduated 2 or 3 classes of pharmacists. The class of 2011 will be the first class for the LECOM Bradenton campus. The main campus is a 3 yr accelerated program while the Bradenton campus is a traditional 4 yr program. Yes, I have visited the campus. I took the tour in March, and really liked the campus. Even though it is only a big building, I could see myself going there for 4 yrs. The only bad thing is that the campus is located in the middle of no where. You would have to go more outland to get the the more developed areas (beaches, malls, apartments, etc...).

I am attending LECOM Bradenton this fall also. I live in St. Pete, FL but was born and raised in San Francisco. 🙂 See you in August!

How exciting, congrats! 🙂 I live in San Diego right now, but I lived in Tallahassee, Florida for two years when I was little. I wanna get to know more ppl from LECOM before I get there, I'm super nervous lol. See you next semester 🙂

Nice...I have family and friends in San Diego, CA. I try to go there every year for vacation. Matter of fact, I'm going there this summer.

Nope i wish classes started in september but sorry to disappoint you, classes start august 20, i'm looking forward to it though, lol

you know there is a very good chance you're still going to be accepted there, because it is a new sch, i'm sure pple that have paid their deposit are still going decline later so don't give up aight.

Im a student in tampa and i applied to bradenten LECOM. They received my pharmcas app at the beggining of spring break...
I dont kno if they are still accepting and if the are i dont even kno if i have a chance. my stats are as follows..

GPA-3.6
Math 3.7
Science 3.3
some volunteer work at a hospital pharmacy

I really wnt to get in but am i just a faliurE???

Help please anyone!

I was just waitlisted for Lecom-B.

they waitlisted me as well. 🙁 i have a feeling that the alternate list is pretty long-- which means my chance of getting in is pretty slim.

Don't beat yourself up. Your stats are not bad (better than mine!). However, you did apply kinda late and they have accepted most of the class already. My suggestion would be to apply earlier next year. Don't give up!! 🙂
