I have one bedroom in a three bedroom house for rent. It is fully furnished and both roomates are LECOM students. One pharmacy and one medical. I have two dogs but they do not get on furniture or go into the bedrooms. The room has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and room for a small desk. It has its own semi private bathroom. I'm asking $550 a month and that includes all utilities, wireless internet, laundry facilities, offstreet parking, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about ten minutes from LECOM. Male or female welcome. Non-smoker and drug free please. Social drinking ok, if you are not socially responsible and choose to drive drunk do not respond (my last roomate hit my car twice; at least it wasn't a kid).
