We are 2 LECOM medical students looking for a 3rd to rent a room in our house that's just a few miles from campus. Rent is $500 and we are easy to get along with...2 male, serious students, non-smokers, aged 30 and 26.
This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage house has an open living room, dinning room, & kitchen floor plan. It is situated just 3.4 miles NORTH of the LECOM campus. There are only two stop lights between home and the school making the longest commute 5 minutes but most of the time you will need less to get home or to class avoiding the Lakewood Ranch High School traffic jams. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood making it perfect for studying at home without disturbances.
The house is arranged with a master bedroom with attached bathroom and two large walk-in closets on the East. The remaining bedrooms are located across the living room on the West side of the house. The middle bedroom has been converted to a study with white French doors and great lighting. The remaining two bedrooms are 12 x 14 and 10 x 12 with large closets. There is additional closet and storage space in the study and West hall.
The living areas are tiled while the three bedrooms are carpeted. The house has a 12 x 12 screened in lanai that overlooks the pond and preserve land beyond the back yard creating a peaceful and relaxing place to spend time. Lawn service and pest control are provided.
Pet friendly living and owner who is sympathetic to rent payments based on loan distribution times (trust me this is key since your loan checks come in a month to a month and a half behind rental due dates). Smoking indoors is prohibited. Are you worried about Utilities or up keep on such a large place? This is not a problem since they can range from 25 - 50 dollars a month / person (gas, electric, water, trash, cable, & Internet) depending on what you choose. All maintenance and lawn are taken care of just as if you were living in an apartment.
