LECOM Interview Suggestions Anyone????

Hi,
It would be a great help if all those who interviewed for LECOMB can provide with what they were asked for those that are getting interviews in next few days. How many ppl interviewed? Were they friendly? What were the main questions? In how many days did you find out? Any other suggestions?

I am just entering my 3rd year as a Lecom student, so I can't tell you exactly what they are asking this year's students. Here's what I remember from my interview cycle:

1) How do you manage stess?

2) Discuss a situation where you had to handle conflict. (Very important for FLECOM, since it's all PBL)

3) How do you feel about the dress code policy and mandatory attendance? (I've said it before... if you want to attend Lecom, you'd better be ok with these things- especially dress code)

4) Why do you want to be a DO?

5) What are your learning styles like? (If you are looking to go to Bradenton, check out the school's website re: Problem Based Learning under the Prospective Students tab)

The interview will be conducted by 2 professors and one administrative staff member. They are all pretty friendly, so just try to relax and be yourself. Show some confidence and a little personality... they are looking for an idea of who you are. You got an interview, which puts you in the top 1/4 of all of the people who sent in applications.
