LECOM post Bachelor?

Is anybody in this site attending or attended the LECOM post Bachelor program? If anyone, I want to know how hard the program is? Is it possible to attain a good GPA during it?

I asked the admissions person about this and they said nearly all of the post-bac students got at least a 3.0 and made it into the pharm school.... but i also heard from other people that only 1-2 got into the pharm program... its a lil' fishy

what's the "Bachelor program", do you mean if they consider a Bachelor Degree for enter PharmD program?

Its a program after you get your bachelor's - thats geared towards pharmacy, you take pharmacy related classes - such as: Course (Fall Semester) Credit Hours
General Chemistry 1.5
Medical Terminology 1
Biochemistry 3
Microbiology 2
Physiology 4

Cell & Molecular Biology 2
Introduction to Pharmacy 0.5
Total 15

I asked about the general classes where you did well in such as gen chem, biochem, genetics... and was told you didn't need to retake those classes

thanks ADN for your reply, I agree with you its fishy,! I saw someone some where in this site said that only 2 people got into their pharmacy school, but when I contacted the school, they told me something different!!!?
I wish if anyone attending this program would clarify it for us???
PLEASE!! if anyone in this site attending this program, help us please!!!!
my GPA is low, I really need to know how hard the program is? I mean I need to know if I attend this program and study hard, would I have a chance to improve my GPA?

i don't think it will be hard since you're desperate to do well so you'll study your ass off to make sure you get at least Bs. The admissions lady said that those with a cum of 3.0 made it into their program --- but who knows, they could just want more money for the program. I definitely think you can improve your gpa -- it'll be an option if we dont get in this year since it starts in september and you can apply for it starting august. I wonder if we could find someone who took it... maybe i'll email her and ask for any students willing to share their experience. i'll get back to you.
