LECOM Question

Hi everybody.

I wanted some input on a situation I have.

I just got accepted to LECOM Seton Hill and am on the alternate list for Bradenton. I would prefer to go to Bradenton because I have family in the area and was very impressed with the school. I know the two communicate and will not let you hold an acceptance at both locations.

I am contemplating writing a letter of intent to Bradenton. Will this affect me at SH at all? Will my acceptance at SH influence in any way an acceptance at Bradenton or will I just have to choose immediately if I were to get into Bradenton?

Also does anyone have experience with paying a deposit for LECOM and then matriculating at the other campus?

I am going to call each campus and ask but just wanted some input from anyone who has had similar issues.

A lot of the folks at SH this year were on the waitlist at Bradenton and never came off - we got the sense that we were never going to come off Bradenton's waitlist as long as we had confirmed our acceptance at SH. I would write Bradenton and call Bradenton and let them know how strongly you wish to matriculate down there and why. Good luck!
