Just finalized all my paperwork for LECOM (Erie) and currently on the wait list for a couple of apartments in the area.

25yo female looking for a roommate, I am from socal so the only thing i need is to be close to campus so I can ensure I make it to class once the winter months roll in :/ Other then that I am pretty chill & flexible so please PM if you need a roommate 🙂

I'm looking for a roommate to move-in ASAP!

The house is a very nice 3 bedroom/ one bath, with a finished basement, and a detached two car garage. Has laundry, it's fully furnished (except for the bedroom/s available), and has a fenced in backyard/deck. Located right by Andy's Pub/ Bullfrog's. Rent is $600/mo and half of utilities. There is a $600 security deposit due upon move-in. We could also get a third roommate to reduce costs further. I can send pictures of the house! I would prefer to have a female roommate, but would be ok with a male as well.
I'm a 26 year old female. I have one dog who is very friendly, so you must like dogs.
