They seem pretty different in my opinion. Interviewed at lecom but not nova. Lecom just wants to produce general dentists with no intent of you specializing. Greater chance of specializing at nova if that's what you want. Also, do you want to move your 4th year or stay in same location? Should be able to decide pretty easily.
