what are the heart sounds that you specifically hear in this orientation?

MS, MR, Right to Left ASD/VSD (after eisenmeger's), left S3/S4

is that right?

i suck at these positions, i feel like its consistent between questions but eh, prolly just me not getting it straight

But to answer your question, the LLDP allows you to better hear sounds originating at or near the apex of the heart. So yes mitral regurg and stenosis, but more importantly, you can hear S3 and S4 heart sounds better in this position.
