Does anyone have a list of states that allow OD's to hold the lease vs states where the OD is employed by the corporation? In the states where the OD holds the lease does anyone have any idea what Lenscrafters charges the OD for the lease? I also heard they charge the OD a fee for the lenscrafters employees?
