Hi, i m gonna be a senior in high school and i am planing to get Phd in Pharmacy, but lets say that my family makes around $23000/year will i get more money from the government for my education, will i have to pay more in private university compare to state university and they are both pharmacy school but i heard the private university(University of Science in Philadelphia) is better than the state uni(Temple University). I am stuck on those two choices help me pick the right one i have like 3 more months until my high school opens.😎
