Palm Pilot or Pocket PC?

What do you guys recommend for a PDA and why? I have to buy one for upcoming rotations and I'm just curious to hear what your experiences are with your PDA's.

For rotation purposes, I would definitely go with the palm pilot. Most medical programs are written for the palm OS and are not yet compatible with pocket PC's. Also, you get a longer battery life with the palms.
