Letter from employer?

Hi all

I had a 7 year career before post bacc. Do I need a letter of recommendation from someone at the company? None of them were too happy that I left and they are all very busy so I'd rather not if possible!

Would be good to hear from anyone who was admitted and what they chose.

You don't need a letter from an employer.
You do need to list a contact from that experience, though.

Rarely. I call if something (usually hours) is way off on an otherwise good candidate.
