Hi Everybody.

As you can tell from my name, I am a Chemical Engineering student who is looking to apply to medical school. As such, I'm thinking about which professors I should ask for LORs. I've taken my Transport Phenomena class, which is essentially physics/chemistry with fluids/solids, so think Bernoulli, mass continuity, that sort of thing. Very physics, math and chemistry intensive. I did extremely well and have a very strong and close rapport with the professor and I was hoping that I would be able to ask him for a letter of recommendation and I was hoping I would be able to classify it as a science letter of rec as the class was purely physics, math and chemistry (3 parts of BCPM). In my mind, this makes sense, but I'm not sure how ADCOMs/AMCAS/whoever else would perceive it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much for the confirmation! I thought it most likely would be, I just didn't want to go ahead and do it if it would be looked at poorly/not even considered.
