'Nother LOC question. I finished my city volunteer assignment for compiling waste management's chemical list, updating MSDS and SDS, and setting it up online so it's easy to change and access. The superintendent (26 years) told me how helpful it was, they were dreading it, etc, and told me I can ask him for a letter anytime.
So now, my letters packet is due to my premed office soon, and I need to decide on my 2 character/nonfaculty letters. I already have 2, one from the ED volunteer coordinator at a hospital who agreed to write one when I asked awhile ago and told me she would say I was able to get along with the staff, and patients of all kind. Other one is a Genetics lecturer (MS) I tutored for who at the end of the class said she can write me a letter whenever I need one.
The problem I see with the Genetics lecturer is that I would have 4 letters from professors (all science too), so I feel the 2 volunteer supervisors could talk more about stuff that has little to do with school, but the waste management superintendent I've only known for 2 months. The other 2 I've known for 10 months. On the other hand, he has other assignments for me, transferring me to another department to categorize their chemicals, then afterwards repaint fire hydrants (all volunteer), so we'll still be interacting.
Any thoughts, advice is appreciated.

It sounds like all of the letter writers think highly of you, so I would go with whoever knows you best (and this is not necessarily related to the length of time they have known you).

Volunteer coordinator letters are much better than random Science professor letters.
I guess I never saw them as random, as each the 3+1 professors know me quite well, one even going so far as to joke that I'm too good to be a doctor when I talked about getting a letter while we had lunch (compared to the premed Aaaaas zombies that he mostly teaches). I see your point though, as the volunteer coordinators can actually speak about non school stuff.

The time thing is what I was concerned about, but the volunteer coordinators, especially the new one who has been the superintendent for 25 years and known me for only 2 months, said he can write about my excellent work and character. I feel they all know me in their own ways, offering to write me a letter, but as mimelim here and others on other threads have said, the volunteer coordinators will have more of an impact.
