Letter of Rec from a B+ class

A couple of years ago, I took orgo (and in the second semester, I got a B+). I did not have this professor for the first Orgo semester but had him for another chem class which I did well in. Anyhow, I got to know him well and he offered to write me a LOR but I am not sure if the B+ will reflect negatively. I asked an adcom person and she said it's up to me and gave me the impression that it might not exactly be the best idea...
What should I do?

Do it unless you have potentially stronger ones instead. He probably won't mention your grade in the letter anyway. The letter is supposed to speak about you as a person, what strengths you have and what skills you have that will make you a good fit for medical school.
