I have two science recommendations from the Chemistry department (one from gen chem I, II, other from orgo chem I, II) but I am a biology major. Does this look bad in anyway; should I get an additional one from a bio department professor?

Science letter writers can be outside of your declared major.

It's advisable to obtain recommendation letters from letter writers who know you well and who can best describe your capacity to succeed as an aspiring physician. If those stellar LORs are from your chemistry profs, that's fine.

There are a few schools (eg Einstein) that require at least one letter from their major. While the rule of thumb of 2 science / 1 non science OR committee letter works for the vast majority of schools, it is up to the applicant to check each school's specific letter requirements when applying

Recommendation Letters | M.D. Admissions | Albert Einstein College of Medicine
emphasis added
APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A PRE-PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Applicants who have attended a school at which there is no Pre-Professional Advisory Committee must have at least two letters of recommendation from faculty members who have taught the applicant in the classroom setting. It is required that one of these letters be from a faculty member in the department of the applicant’s major, and the other from a science faculty member (2 science letters from the same department are acceptable). Letters from teaching assistants will not satisfy this requirement, although TAs may co-sign letters with senior faculty
+1 on this requirement. Einstein is strict about this requirement, at least in this past cycle. If you don't have the major professor's letter, your app won't be complete and won't be reviewed.
