Hi, can I use my non-science LoR from a Senior Lecturer? He has his Ph.D. He knows me well rather than just a Prof of a large class who will say I got an A in it.

One of my science letters came from a lecturer PhD. I got in.

Fo sho. I used a letter from a lecturer who taught the entire curriculum for a prof (she wasn't PhD) and it went over just fine.

Yeah, definitely not an issue. I asked this before, and LizzyM's response to me was esentially that lots of schools' websites use the term "professor" when perhaps a more appropriate term is "phd-prepared instructor."

thanks you guys are awesome
