I volunteered as a local high school while I was in college. Is it ok if the director of the program does not use the letterhead of the local high school? Is it ok if they dont sign it? Is it ok if they submit the letter as a .png. The director is on vacation and is extremely computer-incompetent.

Would it be worth it or me to delay my application for 10 days (submitting 5-6 secondaries on the 21st instead of the 12th) so they can come back and have me walk them through it?

I am pretty sure they need those things (at least a signature...) One of my professors forgot to sign it and my pre-med committee hounded her for it and she got back to them within a day. So the impression I have is that it should be there.

Your LORs don't have to be in at the time you are verified. That letter can be the very last thing to come in - after your secondaries - so just take care of it when you can and submit everything else...or take a bit of extra time to polish your essays.

You'll need a signature and letterhead.

You are still very early, don't worry too much.
