what's going on-

just a quick question. anybody have any ideas/templates for a transfer recommendation letter. see i'm trying to transfer schools and one of my profs told me that i shoudl write it and he'll just adjust stuff. so i 'm completely lost since i've never had to do this and dont want to make it sound like i'm bragging. I did go and check out accepted.com, but i really didnt see any 'template' per se.
