Hi, so I can't find anything explicit for this topic.

One of my letter-writers hinted to me that she talked somewhat about my love for my home state and my desire to attend medical school at my home-state's institution in her letter, yet I instructed her to not do that. Her letter is going to all of the schools that I'm applying to, and I had already submitted my application and I now cannot change where I have my letters sent. Is this a huge problem, and what are my options?

This person hasn't gotten back to me yet but can she still edit her letter even though she has submitted it?

There isn't a way to un-send the letters to all the schools if you are verified already. If you are still waiting on verification then maybe you could try calling AMCAS and getting them to delete the letter?

Editing the letter is out of the question.

I'm not verified. I'll call tomorrow. Could this end up being a bit of a big deal?

Call up the schools you applied to and tell them of your predicament. You should be able to resubmit that fixed letter to those schools.
